Booking and Cancellation Policy




1. Booking Confirmation and Initial Payment


To confirm your reservation, we require an initial payment of €50 (fifty euros).

  • This initial payment is considered a non-refundable reservation deposit.
  • Payment of this amount confirms and secures the date of your stay.



2. Payment of the Remaining Amount


The remaining amount of the reservation (total cost less the €50 non-refundable deposit) must be paid by bank transfer.

  • The deadline for making this payment is 30 days before the arrival date (check-in).
  • If the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • If the remaining payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will lose the right to the initial non-refundable deposit.



3. Cancellation Conditions


Cancellation conditions vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is notified.

Cancellation Period | Amount to be Refunded to the Customer | More than 30 days before arrival: The remaining amount paid will be refunded. The €50 deposit is non-refundable. | 30 days or less before arrival: No refund will be issued. The customer will forfeit the initial deposit and the remaining amount paid.

Important: All cancellations must be notified in writing to our email address sallimonera@gmail.com.
The cancellation date will be set at the time of receipt of said notification.



4. Modifications


Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a fare adjustment. Changes requested 30 days or less in advance will be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking, with applicable penalties.
